Kids say the darndest things....

I keep forgetting to write down all the funny things B says.  He has quite a sense of humor for only being 6 years old.  But sometimes he's so literal, and that can be funny too!

Recently, Brenden was invited, along with R & C, to a birthday party at the Durham Bulls baseball park for his friend Aiden, with Cerebral Palsy.  The party was during a game, in one of the suites, which is a great way to watch the game!  I was trying to stress to the kids how nice it is to be invited to a birthday party, even if there are no bounce houses, slides, etc....

As we're walking in the main gates, I notice Brenden is watching all the fans file in the for the game.  He turns to me & says, "man, Aiden sure has a lot of friends!"

Clearly, we need to educate him on baseball....
